Standard Returns & The 100-Day Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our Endurance Steel with the Aurethé 100-Day Eternity Guarantee. This covers natural color fading or tarnishing of the plating. It does not cover physical damage, broken chains, or degradation from harsh chemicals. Approved warranty claims are resolved strictly via a one-time replacement or store credit; we do not issue cash refunds. For standard returns unrelated to the warranty, items must be unworn and in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for all return shipping logistics. For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return or claim the 100-Day Guarantee, please contact our support team with your Order ID and a clear video of the product. Once authorized, securely pack the jewelry in its original Aurethé box. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping to our vault. Claims will be processed immediately after the item is received and inspected.
Refund Policy & Store Credit
To maintain the exclusivity of our brand, Aurethé does not offer cash refunds. Upon successful inspection of your returned item, your claim will be resolved strictly through a one-time Replacement or Store Credit. Issued store credit has no expiration date and can be used seamlessly for any future vault drops.
Standard Exchanges
For exchanges unrelated to the 100-Day Guarantee, items must be returned within 7 days of delivery. The jewelry must remain unworn, in pristine condition, and secured in its original Aurethé packaging. Upon inspection, we will issue store credit so you can seamlessly select your new piece from our vault.
Damaged or Defective Items
Every Aurethé piece undergoes strict quality control prior to dispatch. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective due to transit, you must contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with clear video proof. We will prioritize a prompt replacement at no additional cost to you.
Return Exceptions
To maintain strict hygiene standards, all earrings and studs are final sale and strictly non-returnable. Additionally, items purchased during special clearance events or any custom-engraved pieces cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective.
Return Shipping Address
All authorized returns must be sent to our central processing vault. The exact shipping address and detailed return instructions will be provided by our support team once your return claim is officially approved. Please do not dispatch any items back to us without prior authorization.
